  • Fox's Promise: changed attribute dependence to Dagger Mastery.
  • Seeping Wound: fixed a bug that caused damage from Seeping Wound to be affected by armor; decreased casting time to 1/4 second; decreased to half range; changed functionality to: "Elite Hex Spell. For 1...6...7 seconds, target foe moves 50% slower. That foe takes 10...30...35 damage each second while suffering from a condition. This spell has half the normal range."
  • Shadow Form: decreased Energy cost to 5; decreased recharge to 30; changed functionality to: "Elite Enchantment Spell. For 5...18...21 seconds, you cannot be the target of enemy spells, and you gain 5 damage reduction for each Assassin enchantment on you. You cannot deal more than 5...21...25 damage with a single skill or attack."
  • Shattering Assault: changed attribute dependence to Critical Strikes; increased recharge to 6 seconds.

  Dervish
  

  • Featherfoot Grace: decreased condition expiration bonus to 25%.
  • Pious Concentration: increased Energy cost to 10; increased recharge to 10 seconds.

  Elementalist
  

  • Glimmering Mark: decreased damage to 5...21...25 damage per second; damage is no longer lighting damage; damage now ignores armor.
  • Obsidian Flesh: increased Energy cost to 25; removed the movement penalty; changed functionality to: "Elite Enchantment Spell. For 8...18...20 seconds, you gain +20 armor and cannot be the target of enemy spells, but cannot attack and have -2 Energy degeneration."

  Mesmer
  

  • Power Block: decreased disabling time to 1...8...12 seconds.

  Monk
  

  • Holy Wrath: removed upkeep cost; reduced casting time to 1 second; changed functionality to: "Enchantment Spell. (10...26...30 seconds). The next 1...8...10 times target other ally takes attack damage, this Spell deals 66% of the damage back to the source (maximum of 5...41...50 damage)."
  • Light of Deliverance (PvP): added the following functionality: "All your Smiting Prayers are disabled for 20 seconds."

  • Join the [KISS] Alliance as they celebrate their fourth birthday in their own unique way! Kiss Maragon is a two-day, riddle-based marathon through all four Guild Wars campaigns. You'll team up with [KISS] members to solve a series of riddles that will allow you to progress through the Maragon. As part of this event, the [KISS] Alliance will be handing out in-game prizes, including pets, weapons, mods, tomes, ectos, and more! The top prizes are three Obsidian Armor sets on any character of your choice! Kiss Maragon 2010 begins on February 27^th in Kamadan European English District 1 at 14:00 BST and February 28^th in Lion's Arch European English District 1 at 14:00 BST.   • Feed your inner beast! The Brotherhood of the Shadows Alliance is hosting a Canthan New Year event, the [bots] Tiger Feast! Join them in Shing Jea Monastery International District 2 and American Districts 36 and 69, from 12:01am PST on Sunday, February 14 through Monday, February 15 at 12:01am. The Brotherhood of Shadows will generously supply all the feast items to the Canthan chefs, and they'll have random giveaways and other fun activities!

  • Gaming World Events is hosting their very first Guild Wars in-game event this weekend, and it's for a great cause! "Gamers Giving Back to Haiti" will help raise money for the Canadian Red Cross and their relief efforts in Haiti. This six-hour event runs on Sunday, February 7 from 12:00—6:00 CST in Lion's Arch International District 1. On top of all the in-game prizes they'll be giving away, the Gaming World Events team will raffle off 10 copies of "The Art of Guild Wars 2" hardback books and a bunch of signed Guild Wars 2 art postcards, donated by ArenaNet. The goal is to reach $1337, because after all, we're gamers, right? Guild Wars Community Manager Regina Buenaobra will stop by to support the Gaming World Events crew. If you're unable to donate money, please attend to show your support and have fun! During these cold winter nights, the Lady Patrisha will give away many gifts of value to the citizens of Ascalon, Kryta, Cantha, and Elona. All the Winter Lady's gifts are free, of course, and are intended to favor the new, young, and less fortunate heroes of our lands. But don't worry; gifts will be available for veterans as well! The tour stats in Ascalon City, American District 4 on December 26^th at 6:00pm PST, and visits Lion's Arch, Shing Jea Monastery, and Kamadan on December 28^th, 29^th, and 30^th, all in American District 4, at 6:00pm PST. The tour comes full circle in a grand finale taking place in Ascalon City, American District 4 on December 31^st at 5:00pm PST. This is the fifth Wintersday season that the gift giveaway has taken place, and Lady Patrisha is sure that this year will be the best yet!
